Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Expiry Manager, you agree to these terms. If you are using Expiry Manager on behalf of a workspace or organisation, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to store or share.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service.
• Do not use Expiry Manager to store unlawful content.

You retain ownership of the items and data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you and members of your workspace.

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can view and manage billing from Settings → Billing.

You may export your workspace data, reset all workspace content, or delete your account at any time from Settings → Data & export. Account deletion is permanent and closes your workspace; some limited records may be retained where required for security or legal reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Expiry Manager is provided "as is". Reminders are a convenience feature and not a substitute for tracking legally or financially significant deadlines yourself. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect.
